Baby Bliss Infant Massage

Infant massage helps babies improve sleep, increase alertness and helps babies thrive. Infant massage has also been known to help reduce depression and anxiety in caregivers. In this 4 week class, you will learn the benefits of infant massage and how to massage your infant using a sequence of massage strokes to help baby reduce their stress and provide them with comfort. Classes will also consist of relaxation techniques for caregiver and provide them with interactive massage stories to do with their infant. Classes are 60-90 mins long.
