For each session, add an additional 5-10 minutes to session length to include time for consultation/intake.

Auricular Therapy (Ear Seeds)
Auricular Therapy uses ear seeds to stimulate acupressure points of the outer ears to regulate the autonomic nervous system (ANS). Ear seeds are placed along certain points of the ear, in a specific protocol, to treat pain and discomfort. The effectiveness of the ear seeds typically lasts 3-10 days. Each protocol can have up to 8 seeds.

Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorder
TMJ Disorder Treatment Protocol is different than your typical massage session. This protocol focuses on specific muscle groups and sequencing to specially address areas of the body associated with TMJ pain and discomfort.
TMJ Disorder Treatment Protocol
In this treatment plan, we will work muscles that support the hip, back muscles, muscles that support the head and neck, and most importantly, muscles of the TMJ.
You will have a total of 7 sessions, ranging from 60 min to 90 min in length. You will also be given exercises to do at home and a 50mm diameter cork massage ball to work specific points on your own. All subsequent sessions will be scheduled at the debriefing of your first appointment.

Peri-Meno Massage Package
The Peri-Meno Massage helps clients address the changes in effecting their mind and body related to perimenopause and menopause.
Peri-Meno Massage Protocol
With the Peri-Meno Massage, we use a mix of Swedish and oncology techniques, aromatherapy to help balance hormones, uplift and balance mood and acupressure plasters to help stimulate acupressure points between treatments.
You will have a total of four 60 min sessions. Each session will also include placement of an acupressure point and auricular therapy jeweled ear seeds for, your choice, of focus & memory, menopause, sleep/insomnia, or libido.

Cancelation Policy
Appointment must be canceled 24 hrs before scheduled appointment. Same day cancelations will result in a 70% charge. All no call/no shows and appointments canceled within the policy window are also subject to a 70% charge. Any deposits associated with this appointment are non-refundable and non-transferable. If your appointment was part of a package or a purchased gift certificate, it shall be forfeited unless a 50% fee is paid.
